In her first term as District Attorney, Jennifer Bergman earned a reputation as a tough-on-crime prosecutor who stood with police to keep Liberty County families safe.

Jennifer implemented critical modernization in the DA’s office to get violent criminals off the street faster and keep them behind bars, making our community safer even with the rapidly growing population. She also joined the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force to keep our kids safe, prioritized funding for anti-drug programs, and secured additional tools and training for law enforcement to better protect Liberty County.

Jennifer and her husband Zack, a Constable, firefighter, and member of the United States Coast Guard, are proud parents of two young children and are active members of the First Baptist Church of Cleveland.
